As hometowns go, ours (Surry, Virginia, population 300) is pretty cozy. But, it's sure gaining fame among gourmet chefs who use Edwards sausages in their tasty creations. In fact, many chefs refer to our sausages as Surry Sausage.
I created this sampler to let you taste for yourself why so many chefs use only Edwards sausage. It includes: (A) 1 lb. of fresh 2 oz. Sausage Patties, (B) 1 lb. of large, fresh Sausage Links, and (C) 12oz. of our Smoked Sausage Links. All are made from the finest pork cuts, blended with a secret family recipe of natural sage and other seasonings. Flash frozen for freshness, and shipped in an insulated container. Total weight: 2 3/4 lbs.
