This may be my favorite seafood appetizer -- ever!
Okay, I admit I'm a nut for genuine Maryland-style Crab Cakes. Just can't get enough of them. Now, here comes a genuine Maryland-style Crab Cake that's bite-size (about the size of a lemon slice), and every bit as delicious as its full-size brethren.
These cakes are all natural (no preservatives)...formed by hand to retain sizeable crab meat chunks...and flash-frozen to capture their fresh-from-the-ocean flavor. A snap to prepare,can be baked, broiled, pan- or deep-fried. Serve them as appetizers or at your next buffet dinner, and get ready for the raves! Package contains 45 miniature crab cakes (1/2 oz. each).
