Pit-Cooked Barbecued Spare Ribs
Wake your your family's taste buds with these delicious Pit-Cooked Ribs
This barbecue lovers taste delight starts with lean spare ribs skinned and cooked 10-12 hours over glowing charcoal embers. (Cooking with gas or electric can’t even come close to matching this flavor.)
Ribs are then smothered with a zesty barbecue sauce made from tomato paste, vinegar, spices, onion and garlic. The result is a miracle of Southern barbecue flavor. Fully cooked, ready to heat and eat. Four (4) half racks (approximately 1 lb. each). Total weight: Approximately 4 lbs.
