Smoked, Cooked Virginia Country Ham, Bone-In
The country ham that made us famous...
Here's a cooked version of the Virginia Country Ham that's become a legend. This lean beauty has been smoked over a smoldering hickory fire and aged 4 to 6 months to produce a rich flavor and mahogany color you'll never forget.
Our brown sugar glaze is from the same recipe the Edwards family has used for generations. It makes a crispy sweet coating that's part of the famous Edwards signature flavor. (And no, we've never given our glaze recipe out...even to our best customers.)
This authentic Virginia Country Ham is fully cooked to what my grandmother called "Perfection." Arrives ready to heat gently, slice and serve. Ideal for family dining enjoyment or gifts to valued friends and associates. 10-11 lb. bone-in ham serves 25-30. Also available in wooden gift box.

Rated By: Cecil Britton (Sierra Vista, AZ) Being a native of Northeast North Carolina and having grown up with good dry cured country ham I was really missing it out here in Arizona. Then a few years ago a friend sent me an Edward's ham for Christmas. I have ordered several for myself and for my daughter who also loves them. The cooked ones have been so great I don't dare take a chance on getting an uncooked one and cooking it myself. I also love the boneless slices for breakfast and the natural red eye gravy.

The ones I just received are not as salt and that is what I enjoyed in the previous ones. You might not have my name as my friends in the USA ordered them for me.

For order delivery before Thanksgiving Day, most items require expedited
Air service. Delivery charges include standard shipping (from chart), plus $14 per item. Orders shipping to VA, NC, TN, MD, DE and PA require standard shipping charges only. If products are not needed by Thanksgiving Day, our next available shipping date is the week of December 1st with standard shipping charges applying. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add $25.00 per item plus standard shipping charges.
