WOW!!! I had the pleasure of attending a Christmas dinner at a friend's house where he served a bone-in Edwards ham and I must say, it was the finest ham I've ever tasted. Our host had stored this ham in his basement for over a year and I must admit that I was a bit skeptical when he called me two days before the dinner party and told me that he had just scraped the mold off the ham and was about to soak it for two days prior to the final cooking. When I arrived at our host's the smell wafting through the air was delightful. When we actually sat down to dinner well, what a treat we had. I can't wait to order one of these sumptuous hams for myself! All I can say is THANK YOU James and thank you Edwards for the finest Christmas dinner I've ever had.

family tradition

For the past 3 years we have sent our family in New Mexico one of your bone in uncooked hams. This year my sister called to see if they were to get another or if she had to order her own! She wanted the uncooked ham because of all the family getting into the preparation! I told her she was getting the ham. I guess we have started a family tradition... Thanks Edwards for the wonderful food and the family memories that go with it!
